The best minimum connection requirement is 512kbps, which is the standard Broadband connection. TV stations broadcasting trough the net normally transmit at a rate greater than 120kbps, therefore a lower connection could prevent the possibility to see decent digital video. Higher connection increase the likelihood to see better images. A lot depends on your upload connection, the number of users online watching the
